Count Ebei-hard Stolberg, of Weringerode, one of tbe most notable of tbe Silesian aristocracy, was found shot dead in his library at Janowitz Castle. His son, Count Christian, was found in the courtyard apparently unconscious. He said he had been attacked by burglars, but the doctors found no sign of the son’s injuries.
