STORMY SCENES IN DIET (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) TOKYO, Tuesday. The 56th session of the Japanese Diet closed with the employment of remarkable filibustering tactics by the Opposition. Tlie result was the shelving of most important legislation. The Government weathered the most stormy scenes, in which there was much rowdyism. Well-informed people consider that a reconstruction of the Cabinet is inevitable.
