Hub jd jj] butter into dry ingredients, add n] beaten yolks, make into paste and pj (0 roll out. Line a tart-dish and fill p| with following mixture: To two kj fQ cups stewed apples add threeh quarter cup raisins and quarter In teaspoon cinnamon. Mix well and uj jn spread on tart. Beat whites of two Oj In eggs stiff, add one tablespoon b-i U sugar , pile roughly on the apple Ci [’J mixture and bake until lightly K iij browned. Serve hot or cold with {d cream or custard. pj
