VHOJPPER. trading under the name of EVANS, HOOPER AND CO., of the Independent Implement Works at 90 Federal Street. Auckland, has been dissolved as from OCTOBER 1, 1925. The manufacture of the Independent Topdresser has ceased, and in lieu thereof Mr. F. T. F. Evans, the founder of the late firm and patentee and designer of the Harrows and Distributors manufactured by the late firm, has designed and improved machines called the “Evona Distributors and Evans Hairrows,” and has opened up a new and up-to-date factory, equipped with the best and latest-designed machinery, and this, coupled with a staff of competent and experienced tradesmen, enables the new machines, containing all the latest and most up-to-date improvements, to be supplied at the same cost as the old Independent machines.
