As soon as he clears up a mass of outstanding work, Commissioner E. 3. Higgins, the new head of the Salvation Army, will set out on a world tour extending over 1929-30. He will devote the whole summer to Europe, and will afterwards visit

the United States and Canada, proceeding early in the New Year to Australia and New Zealand. He will attend the annual Salvation Army Congresses in April, May and June.
