Colonel F. Symon, Director of Arillery, arrived at Frankton Junction his morning by the Limited from Wellington.

Benjafield, of Sydney, who arved on the Maunganui this morning, will make a flying visit to Auckland, Rotorua and Wellington. He will sail for Australia from Wellington on Friday.
Mr. E. A. Craig, president of the Northern Boxing Association, who has i)i‘en on a visit to Sydney, returned to Auckland to-day by the Maunganui. He was accompanied by Mrs. Craig.
Mr. F. D. Holds worth, formerly chief postmaster at Auckland, and now resi•iont in Sydney, arrived by the Maunthis morning to spend a holiday Iv-re. He was accompanied by Mrs. JLidsworth. They are staying at the G eneagles Hotel.
Professor D. A. Kreider, of Yale L livemity, Newhaven, Connecticut, arrived in Auckland by the Maungaibis morning. He is staying at ths Hotel Cargen, and will spend about tei days in New Zealand.
Mr. Ernest Baynes, president of the Kcyal National Agricultural Associate 11 °f Queensland, and a. member of Commonwealth Board of Trade, vrro has been spending the last three Months in New Zealand, left by. the •Niagara this morning for Sydney.
