Last year, in an attempt to retrieve their waning football fame, the American University sent to Australia r the services of a university man wno could teach the players kicking ana tackling. Mr. Greeves was selected, and such was his success that the varsity of Southern California is now recognised as being the champion football university of America. “I had a wonderful time,” r * Greeves told a Sun man. ‘ The American boys were apt pupils and very keen.”
