GAOL TERM FOR THIEF
Mr. E. Page, S.M., at Wellington sentenced Norman Paul Nesbitt, aged 25, to six months’ imprisonment with hard labour, concurrent on each of two charges of theft, one of £ 9 from the Commercial Travellers’ Club, Dunedin, and the other of £4 from a theatre at Christchurch. Accused had a record of crime.—P.A.
