HONOUR FOR MR H. FROST

ENERGETIC RUGBY WORKER

Ninetv delegates to the annual meeting of the Auckland Rugby Union laevening were unanimous in recognising the services of Mr. H. Frost, 101 nine years chairman of the Manag - ment Committee, by electing him a liimember of the union. Mr. A. W. Gray praised Mr. Fros* for his work and said that no one worked harder for the good of Hugo, in New Zealand. In reply, Mr. Frost remarked that he was perhaps the first “foreigner upon whom the Auckland Union £3“ conferred such an honour. He j* learned his Rugby in Canterbury, nut he had taken up official work eager when he came to Auckland, his cit. of adoption. .
