GAOLED FOR GRAVE OFFENCE SENSATION IN CANADA (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) (United Service) Reed. 9.25 a.m. OTTAWA, Friday. Louis M. Augur, member of Parliament for Prescott, Ontario, was sentenced on Friday to nine years in a penitentiary for a grave offence against a young girl. Augur, who is 26 years old, was the youngest member of the House. He has resigned his seat.
