STRUGGLE IN GALLERY YOUNG WOMAN FAINTS (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 11.57 a.m. LONDON, Thursday. While Sir Arthur Steel-Maitland, Minister of Labour, was in the House of Commons, a tall, dark man, about 30, arose in the strangers’ gallery and shouted: “What are you going to do about unemployment?” An attendant quickly seized him. The man struggled vigorously and another attendant came up. The man was removed to the police room. He described himself as an unemployed labourer. A few minutes later a young woman in the gallery fainted and was carried out.
