EXPERTS PARLEY AT PARIS GERMANY’S LATEST OFFER ; (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) PARIS, Thursday. It is understood that a real crisis has been reached in the reparation negotiations. All the representatives on the Committee of Experts on Reparation, except the British, have communicated to the other delegates their claims. The Germans have submitted a figure for future payments, which they declare cannot be exceeded without ruin to Germany. It is stated that the figure in question is hardly more than half the required sum to liquidate the claims of the Allies. The American delegates are now enouiTnjg to discover a compromise.
