Barnston, Bart. (Conservative) resulted : Mr. R. J. Russell (Liberal) . . 10,223 Col. Fenwick Palmer (Con.) 8,931 In the last election Sir H. Barnston Polled 11.006 votes and Mr. Russell 9,337 votes.
