Serious charges against a Raha Nopare, a single man of 34. <v( certain alleged offences against a rrtsh;*' ried woman, the wife of a farm hand at Konini, were heard before Mr. -J. Miller. S.M., yesterday. After complainant had given Avidenee, charges were dismissed. —P.A.
