Horne, Ltd., was bought by the mortgagee for £ 1,494. yhe property consisted of a four-roomed bungalow, with '.a sleeping porch, a washhouse and a bathroom, standing on a section of over a quarter of an acre. When William A. Horne, Ltd., offered a property at Campbell's Bay at a sale this morning, consisting of a mediumsized cottage on a section of over a quarter of an acre, it was passed in when the bidding reached £24D. Messrs. Fordliam and Moore offered a five-roomed villa in Mays Itoad, Te Papapa, together with a. section 60ft by 150 ft. It was sold for £7OO.
