AIRMAN LOSES WAY AND COMES DOWN IN STREET OF CALAIS

Press Association) PARIS, Tuesday, The pilot of a British, airplane, which was on its way to Oslo, lost his way during' a fog in the Channel and suddenly found Calais lighthouse looming up in front of him. He rose in order to avoid it and thereby lost speed. His machine came down in one of the principal streets in Calais. The pilot and both his passengers were injured and were taken to hospital.
