PETTY OFFICER’S WIFE

HOME BROKEN UP COURT ORDERS RETURN “My wife was treated too well in the matter of funds,” said Albert Edward Williams, a petty officer of H.M.S. Wakakura (Mr. Holmden), who petitioned Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court this morning- for restitution of conjugal rights by ZSTellie Williams. In .evidence, petitioner said the marriage took place in Auckland in September, 1927. After a child was born to them she refused to have anything to do with him. All efforts to get her back had failed. Petitioner considered his wife had been too liberally supplied with money. Mr. Holmden said the respondent -was now living in Sydney under her maiden name. His Honour made an order requiring respondent’s return within 40 days.
