The board was called upon to pay £ 1.635 in connection with the legal and ■ other expert services incurred by the ' outside local bodies. Yesterday, Mr. A. J. Phelan said th» board had no right to accept such a large account without full details, p was admitted that there had been a lot of work at the time, but to accept the account holus-bolus was not right There should be details of the enor mous charges.
