CITY LAUNDRY DAMAGED
INSURANCES AT WELLINGTON Press Association WELLINGTON, To-day. The insurances on the Victoria DryCleaning Company’s Works at Wellington, which were badly damaged by fire yesterday morning, are as follow: —Machinery, £14,200 in th© Victoria Insurance Office; buildings, £7,300, in the Victoria Insurance Office; two delivery vans, £75 and £IOO, in the Victoria Insurance Office; stock-in-trade and contents, £2,150, and linen, etc., £1,750, in the Royal Insurance Office. A policy covering linen and wearing apparel, etc., was held in the Victoria Insurance Office for £5,000, and a fiveseater car was insured for £550 in the Victoria Office. The damage is estimated at over £4,000.
