ELECTORS OF MONACO DEMAND THAT RULER SHOULD ABDICATE
(Australian and A./t. Press Association) LONDON, Monday. Prince Louis of Monaco finds himself confronted with a demand for his abdication within six months, otherwise the Citizens’ Committee will take action. This is the sequel to the meeting of 620 out of the Principality’s 700 electors, at which Prince Pierre, son of Prince Louis was present, and at which his adopted daughter was chosen for the throne. The chief cause of complaint was that Prince Louis was not looking after the interests of his diminutive State.
