ROAD-RACING CYCLIST’S INTENTIONS
WELLINGTON TO AUCKUAUC
Press Association *—v WELLINGTON, MondayEarly next month a Wellington cyclist, S. Wright, will attempt break the record of 65 hours for tn journey set up recently by H. •• Brewin, of Auckland. The previous record of 72 hours was put up in Juu ' 1927, under adverse conditions by ASutherland, professional champ** road cyclist. S. Wright is a member of the Nicholson Amateur Road Cycling Liu and the Selwyn Amateur Athie 1 Club. He commenced road racing 1926, anftl has competed in all ** ie .sr\i_ cipal road races promoted in the ington district.
