BOY PUTS OBSTRUCTION ON LINE

ACCIDENT TO MIXED TRAIN Press Association TAIHAPE, Saturday. A mixed goods and passenger train, which usually arrives in Taihape from Ohakune at 5.30 p.m., was delayed for half an hour last evening owing to the two front bogie wheels of the engine leaving the rails near Mataroa. No damage was done. The accident was causjed through a small boy placing a bolt and some small stones on the line. The train was travelling at a slow speed when the mishap occurred.
