FEVERISH BUYING (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 1.30 p.m. NEW YORK, To-day. With sales approaching the 6,000,000 mark, the stock market to-day continued a sensation rise under the lead of Radio Corporation of America shares, which soared to new record levels. The entire list was carried forward in a surge of buying, coming from all points of the country, the public apparently having taken the bit in its teeth and running way with the market.

Radio Corporation closed at a record of 535, up 37 for the day. General Motors, after a heavy turnover, closed 89 up. Three other stocks gained similarly from one to 15 points.
