NEGLECTED TO TAKE OUT LICENCES Press Association WELLINGTON, Friday. For failure to take' out a licence under the Stamp Duties Act the following firms were fined at Wellington to-day:—Provident Land and Investment Oorporation, Ltd., and Midland Trust, Loan and Deposit Company, Lt-d., were each fined £2; Arcade Buildings,. Belvedere, Carrington Hall Company, Ltd., were all "ordered to pay costs only, 10s.
