BRICK AND PIPE AMALGAMATION The announcement of the issue of a prospectus by Amalgamated Brick and Pipe Company, Ltd., is made to-day. Four of the largest brick interests in Auckland have merged, and an issue of £150,000 of 7J per tent, first mortgage debentures is being made. The amalgamation involves the largest transaction of its kind since the breweries merger in 1923. Prospectuses are obtainable from any member of the Associate Stock Exchange throughout the Dominion.
