SHIP DRIVEN ASHORE

SYDNEY HARBOUR MISHAP VESSEL LATER REFLOATED (United P.A.—Bu Telegraph — Copyright) Reed. 9.55 a.m. SYDNEY, To-day. The Norwegian motor-ship Tricolor. 6.119 tons, went ashore yesterday at the height of a strong southerly gale in Sydney Harbour. The vessel, which was in light trim, was being towed by tugs when she grounded at Greenwich Point. The tug Hero also went ashore, and it is feared she was holed by the reef as she has a distinct list. Six tugs were used in attempts to refloat the Tricolor. Two lines parted. The stranded vessel was moved slightly, and later was refloated at high tide.
