MARRIED WOMAN FOR TRIAL

A married woman, Mary Jane Clark, was charged at the Dunedin Police Court yesterday before Mr. J. R. Bartholomew. S.M., that on ox* about September 10, 1928, she unlawfully used an instrument on a young woman, with intent to procure a certain result, and that on October 20 she similarly used an instrument on another girl. The second charge was dismissed. On the other charge, accused pleaded not guilty, and was committed for trial.— P.A.
