RUGBY AT OTAHUHU
At the annual meeting of the Otahuhu Rugby Football Club. Mr. J. Muir presiding, the report showed that the club had experienced a good year. There was a pash balance of £22. Prospects fc*r the new season are bright. It is considered that the club will be able to place eight teams in the field this season. Shed training will start next Tuesday night.
The following officers were elected:— Patron, Mr. A. W. .Hall, M.P.; president, Dr. A. Martin Ross'} vice-presidents, last year’s re-elected; eftfib captain, Mr. K. O’Hara; secretary, Mr. F. Arnold: treasurer, Mr. P. White; committee, Messrs. G. White, J. Muir, L. .Day, R. Xelson, S. Clark; selection committee, Messrs. K. O'Hara, .T. Muir, F. Aatpold: delegates to Auckland Rugby Union, Messrs. A. Murdoch, J. Muir, F. Arnold: delegate to Junior Advisory Board, Mr. R Xelson; auditor, Mr. A. White.
