I LAMB CUTLETS AND ft BANANAS ft la mb cutlets, two tabic - uj V spoonfuls of cream, three K bananas, 1 03 butter, a sprig ft of mint, salt and pepper. Lightly ft flour the cutlets, rub them over ft with oiled butter, and grill them, ft Feel and cut the bananas in four, ft lengthways, and fry them in butter ft just enough to heat them through, ft Whip the cream with a dust of ft white pepper and a pinch of salt, ft nj and ■ mix with it the mint 'very ft ft finely chopped. Put the cutlets on ft ft a. hot dish, surround them with the ft ft bananas, decorate with little Lq ft mounds of the mint cream and trj ft serve immediately.
