KAIKOHE AFFAIRS
The annual meeting of subscribers to the Ivaikohe Public Library was held this week. Air. Berry, who presided, in his repor; said that good progress had been mad* during the past year, the committee having 294 books on the shelves. The balance sheet disclosed a credit balance of £9 ISs sd. Officers were elected as follow Alessrs. F. AA . Bean, K. W. Harold and H. Rogers, Alesdames J. Orr and H Rogers: secretary and treasurer, Air. r A'aile; auditor. Air. F. AV. Bean.
