CIVIL SERVANTS CRITICISED MR, RUSHWORTH’S OPINION (From Our Ou;n Correspondent) KAITAIA, Wednesday. At a meeting at Kaitala, Mr. H. M. Rush worth, the Country Party candidate for the Bay of Islands seat, stated that he found the staff in Government departments at Wellington to be stiff and unyielding, that they were bound up with red tape. lie added he could not get very far with Ahem, and that there was no feeling of sympathy, let alone courtesy.
