TO MEET IN JAPAN

PACIFIC DELEGATES Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. At a meeting of the Canterbury group of the Institute of Pacific Relations, Dr. J. B. Condliffe, research secretary of the institute, said the preliminary conference of the institute would be held at Nara, Japan, on October 23, when a programme would be arranged and a committee of experts would decide the subjects for discussion.

The conference proper would be started on October 28 at Kyoto, and would, it was hoped, be attended by a group of New Zealand delegates.
