MEXICAN REVOLT. —The Mexican Government is of the opinion that the backbone of the revolution has been broken. It looks for the recapture of the cities of Torreon and Durango within 48 hours. The Government believes that within a week the situation will be merely one of dealing with scattered groups of rebels.—A-P.A - U.S.
