(Australian and X.Z. Press Association) Received 11 a.m. SHANGHAI, Sunday. CLAIMING that he possesses a >ystem enabling mastery of the Chinese language in eight hours, M. Barbeau, a pupil of M. Jean Confida, the famous Paris language-teacher, has arrived at Shanghai, prepared to demonstrate his system. The majority of foreigners have received M.
