GOOD PRICES FOR YEARLINGS (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) MELBOURNE, Friday. At the sale of yearlings to-day the , first colt by Night Patrol realised l,osogns. The purchasers were William Inglis and Son. A colt by Spearhead was bought by D. Eccles for 600gns, and a colt by Greenstead was ; bought by W r . Collins for 675gns. A Great Star—Maid of Somerset colt was sold to A. S. Chirnside for > l,6oogns, and a Whittier—Princess j Auro colt to P. Heywocd for 800gns. A colt by Ethiopian was sold to Inglis and Son for SOOgns.
