KING HONOURS NURSE

ROYAL RED CROSS MEDAL HER CARE OF HIM REWARDED British Official Wireless Reed. 11.25 a.m. RUGBY, Friday. The King again passed a good night. There was brilliant sunshine at Bognor this morning, although the wind was chilly. His Majesty yesterday conferred the insignia of thte Royal Red Cross upon Nurse Davis, one of the five nurses to whose unremitting care of the King reference has been made in a bulletin.

The King had the medal specially sent from London, as Nurse Davis was going on leave. The King passed a good day. Spring-like weather conditions, with much sun, prevailed at Bognor, as throughout the country generally, and his Majesty enjoyed the first warm day of the year.
