BETTER RELATIONS SOUGHT Times Cable LONDON, Friday. The Washington correspondent of -The Times" says there are faint but perceptible indications that the question of American relations with the Soviet will soon receive the attention of the President, Mr. Hoover. Important business interests have already begun to bring pressure on him to liberalise these relations, and thus enable an increase to be made In sending capital and goods to Russia. But the new President is unlikely to j take hasty action, although it is known . that he is willing to give the matter j impartial consideration. There is already talk of sending an economic commission of inquiry to Russia.
