ALL BLACKS MARRY

A NOTHER famous Rugby player has joined the ranks of the Benedicts. This time it is K. S. Svenson, known to all the Rugby world ot New Zealand as ‘‘Snowy.” He was a member of the 1924 All Black team which toured England with such success, as well as of other New Zea - land combinations, and had as his best man his erstwhile captain. Cliff Porter. The wedding was very quiet and took place at St. John’s Church, Wellington. Several members of the 1924 combination have married and now settled down, which generally means giving up playing football. Among those “off the hooks” are Cooke, Lucas, Nepia, Mill, and now Svenson.
