JURY FAILS TO AGREE
TALE OF FORGED WILL Press Association (iISBORNE, Wednesday. In the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice Ostler, Rua Ilaenga was charged with forging and uttering a document purporting to be the will of Hati Pakaroa, who died in 1927. The jury after four hours’ retirement coul dnot .agree and the judge ordered a new trial at the next session.
