DELEGATES MEET AT NAPIER

NAPIER. Wednesday

The annual meeting of the Congregational Union of New Zealand was commenced in Napier this evening, and will continue for a week. Dele gates are present from various parts of the Dominion. Mr Harold Ennor (Auckland) delivered the presidential address, which was followed by the ordination of Pastor James Smeetli, of Raglan, the charge being delivered by the Rev. Lionel B. Fletcher (Auckland). The business sessions will be opened to-morrow, after an official ceremony of welcome.
