LAYING OUT NEW PARK

At a special general meeting of the Bayswater-Belmont Progressive Association held reecntly a resolution was carried placing on record residents appreciation of the gift of Quinton Park by Mrs. Marion Caughey Smith. A suggestion that an endeavour be made to obtain the assistance of the Auckland City Council’s superintendent of parks, Mr. T. E. Pearson, in laying out the area was approved.
