The affairs of the association will bo managed by * control board, which will be made up oX two members elected by and from the senior division committee, one member each and bv and from the junior division committee and Referees'* Association and two members from the minor division committee, one being from the clubs and one from the schools Five member* will be elected by olub delegates at the annual general meeting. The control board will have under its authority the senior division committee consisting of one member from each senior grads club, the junior division commitl.ee consisting of fouelected members from each of th» second and third grades and the minodivision committee consisting of five elected members from schools and five from clubs.

The Referees’ Association, grounds committee and judicial committee will also come under the proper board The amended constitution was adopted.
