HOME ACCIDENTS (14) £l5O if the subscriber shall be killed as the result of an accident In his or her private dwelling-house, flat or rooms, such address being the address registered on the subscribers certicate of registration, or in his or her garden attached to such dwelling-house, flat or rooms. (15) £lO if as the result of an accident above described the subscriber shall fracture a leg above the ankle, or an arm above the wrist, or shall sustain a broken jaw or collarbone. CHILDREN’S ACCIDENTS (16) £5 will be paid to the parent whose name appears on the registration form in the event of an accident to his oilier child over the age of six and under the age of 1G years causing broken arm above the wrist or broken leg above the ankle, providing such accident is the direct result of one of the aforementioned and defined accidents and does not occur during employment. PROVIDED ALWAYS that the above Undertaking and Agreement is subject to the following special conditions which are of the essence of the contract .namely, (a) The scope of the Insurance is restricted to accidents happening in New Zealand and to steamers sailing within New Zealand territorial waters. (b) In the case of death, such death must result within 30 days after the accident.
