MT. ALBERT COUNCIL
RATEPAYERS SELECT * CANDIDATES The Mount Albert Ratepayers’ and Residents’ Association decided last evening to support the following candidates at the forthcoming elections: Mayor, Mr. R. E. N. Matthews; A Ward. Messrs. Russell and Fulton; B Ward, Messrs. Brigham and Carr; C Ward, Messrs. Miles and Evitt, D Ward, Messrs. Kayes and Taylor. There was a large attendance of members of the association representing- all wards at the meeting last evening at Edendale. Strong committees were formed to further the interest of the selected candidates.
