GIFT TO HAMILTON
HOME FOR CONVALESCENT CHILDREN (From Our Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, To-day. A bequest of a property of three acres and a dwelling in River Road, Hamilton, valued at £3,000, has been given under the will of the late Mr. George Parr to the Hamilton borough for a children’s convalescent home. An oil painting depicting Hamilton, and two others illustrating Port Waikato, have been bequeathed to the public library.
