C. F. Bennett, Ltd.', instructed by Mr. E. H. Metge, liquidator in the estate oi Arch. Clark and Sons, Ltd. (in liquidation), will sell by auction at their salerooms, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, on Friday, March 22, at 12 noon, that valuable freehold property known as “The Zealandia Shirt and Clothing Factory,” situated in Grafton Road, near Khyber Pass.
