BOWLEY’S WORTH EULOGISED \ PPRECIATIVE reference to the work of E. H. Bowley, the cricket coach, was made at a gathering of members of the Eden Cricket Club last night, when Mr. P. Shaw, chairman of the Eden Club’s committee, presented Bowley with a case of pipes in recognition of his services to the club. Mr. Shaw said that Bowley had proved himself to be a fine player and a most capable coach, and the Eden Club was indebted to him for the large number of players who had profited from his coaching.
