ADVISORY TRANSPORT BOARD CONSTITUTION DELAYED Press Association WELLINGTON, Thursday. The Minister of Transport, the Hon. W. A. Veitch, is receiving further representations regarding the constitution of the Transport Advisory Board, and it is understood he is not constituting it until he has ascertained the sum total of opinion. The delay will enable North and South Island motorist-* associations to discuss the question at the annual conference.
