PROPERTY SALE
A property approximately 68 feet by an approximate depth of 120 feet in Khyber Pass, adjoining the Auckland Savings Bank, was offered for sale bv auction by Mr. H. G. Palethorpe. of Palethorpe and Parkes, Winstone’s Buildings, this morning. Bidding reached £135 a foot, but was then passed in. A section in Cecil Road, off Milford Road, and a few yards from Milford Beach, was sold for £315.
