THAT ALLEGED PACT

EDITOR STATES HIS CASE FORGERY, BELGIANS SAY (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) (United Service) LONDON, Wednesday. A message from The Hague says the editor of the Utrecht newspaper “Dagblad,” in which was published the text of the alleged military pact between Belgium and France, was interviewed on the subject. He said the documents from which the matter published was taken were the minutes of a meeting of military experts at Brussels, written above Belgian departmental seals. A dispatch from Brussels says the proposed tour of the Crown Prince Leopold of Belgium and Princess Astrid may be curtailed in view of the publication in a Dutch newspaper of the alleged Franco-Belgian treaty, which is officially declared to be a forgery.
